Customers scan. Your printer does the rest.
Put one QR sticker on your counter. Customers upload their documents from their own phone, choose print settings and see the price before they order. You get the file, print it, and hand it over.
How it works for the customer
Five steps on a phone. No account and no app.
Scan the shop QR
The sticker or standee opens the shop page in the phone browser. No app, no sign-up.
Upload documents
PDF or photo, one or many files. The file is checked before it is accepted.
Choose print settings
Paper size, black and white or colour, single or double sided, copies, page range.
See the exact price
An itemised quote, calculated by the server from the shop's own price list.
Submit and collect
The customer gets an order number and a private tracking link, then collects at the counter.
What happens inside
The same steps again, from the server's side, and what the shop sees afterwards.
Find the shop
The shop code in the URL is looked up on the server. The browser never sends a trusted shop ID.
Check the file
File type is read from the file signature, not the name. Encrypted or broken PDFs are refused with a clear message.
Store it privately
Files are saved outside the public web folder under random names. Nobody can guess a link.
Count the pages
The page count comes from the PDF itself, so customers cannot enter a wrong number.
Calculate the price
Rates are read from that shop's price rules. The amount sent by the browser is ignored.
Save the order once
Order, files and first status are written in one database transaction. A repeat tap cannot create a second order.
Alert the shop
A new-order notification appears in the shop dashboard.
- SubmittedCustomer sent the order
- AcceptedShop agreed to print it
- PrintingFiles downloaded and printing
- ReadyWaiting at the counter
- CollectedPaid and handed over
Orders can also be rejected, cancelled, or held while the shop asks the customer a question. Every change is checked on the server and saved with the time and the person who made it.
Payment is recorded at the counter by the shop. An order is never marked paid just because it was submitted.
How the price is worked out
Printed sides and physical sheets are different things. This demo uses sample rates of Rs 2 per black and white side and Rs 10 per colour side. Each shop sets its own.
Every shop is its own space
Many shops share one platform. Each one only ever sees its own orders, files and prices.
One QR per shop
The code holds only a public shop link. It stays valid when the shop changes prices, hours or services.
Checked on every request
The server decides which shop a request belongs to. Changing a number in the browser does not open another shop's data.
Documents stay private
Files are stored away from the public site, opened only by signed-in shop staff, and deleted after the retention period the platform sets.
Free Launch Program
We want print shops to use this because it saves them time, not because they are locked in.
Registration
No card or payment details needed.
QR code and standee layouts
Download and print as many as you need.
Orders and reports
